Always check that the microphone and attaching hooks are placed correctly.
Hint: It is recommended to replace the roof module seal if the sound quality from the microphone is experienced as poor, especially with calls on the mainland between the vehicle and a standard GSM telephone and/or between two vehicles.
New software was released in Structure week 200815 for the Bluetooth phone module (BPM), to improve the sound quality. Update the software in the event of sound problems.
We recommend switching to a ceiling-mounted microphone according to TIE TJ-20473 in instances where there is still a problem with the microphone sound quality after fitting the new seal and updating the software.
First check that the customer accepts this solution.
