Removal

Torque: M8, 24 Nm

Torque: M10, 50 Nm

Remove Engine Rear Lower Support Insulator LH Refer to: Engine Rear Lower Support Insulator LH, B6304T4, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S5, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S4, TF-80SC AWD Engine Rear Lower Support Insulator LH

Loosen front propeller shaft joint Refer to: Propeller shaft, B6304T4, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S5, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S4, TF-80SC AWD Removal and Replacement

Note! Do not loosen the bolts more than 2 turns.

Torque: Bevel gear to transmission, 75 Nm

Remove the right drive shaft Refer to: Drive shaft right, B6304T4, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S5, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S5, TF-80SC, B6324S4, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S4, TF-80SC Front Driveshaft, Right

Note! This step is only necessary when installing a new component.

Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Installation

Use: Splines grease, 1161748

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Fill with oil Refer to: Oil level bevel gear, checking, B6304T4, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S5, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S4, TF-80SC AWD Procedures
