Alcoguard


















- Drill holes for the cable.





- Cut the mat.





- Take the cradle and route the cable as illustrated and pull it out at the rear edge.
- Raise the tunnel console at the rear edge to facilitate access.

Note! The cable is routed to the left side along the tunnel console. Applies to both left and right hand drive cars.

- Place a spacer under the rear edge of the tunnel console to route the cable more easily.
- Insert a wire spring in the left side of the tunnel console, from the front backward.
- Tape the routed cable at the wire.
- Position the cable so that there is no risk of it being trapped when the tunnel console is screwed into place.









- Check that the cable is not trapped.
- Tighten the screws.






Note! When positioning the cradle in the tunnel console's storage compartment it should always sit at the rear edge of the left hand side. Applies to left and right hand drive cars.

- Insert the cable in the hole in the rubber mat.
- Insert the rubber mat and holder in the tunnel compartment and pull the cable out further.

- Position the cradle. It must sit against the rear edge of the storage compartment with the lower part (1) resting against the rubber mat (2).
- Make a hole in the storage compartment with the angled section of the scribe.













- Tighten using the screws.






Applies to left-hand drive cars
- Route the cable in front of the air channels to the right side of the centre console.

Applies to all models
- Pull the cable under the mat and forward, and allow part of it to hang outside.





- Install the glove box lighting.





- Take the adapter wiring and connect the black connector to the glove box lighting.
- Secure the white connector and cables with butyl tape.





- Insert the coiled black cable in the large rectangular hole.
- if the car is equipped with a SIM card holder the full length of the wiring should be pulled through.





- Unscrew the screw in the wire damper a few turns.





- Bend out the wire damper slightly and thread the remaining cable.





- Tighten the screw.
- Clamp the cable at the left hand screw strut.





- Coil and secure the cable with the Velcro strap.





- Press the two cables into place with a piece of butyl tape.

Check the holder power supply




- Position the glove box on the floor on the passenger side.
- Connect the cable from the holder to the cable routed to the rear edge of the glove box. Ensure that the cable goes under the member.
- Install the alcohol tester in the cradle.

- Lift the glove box and insert it in the space where it is installed.
- Connect the connector for the lighting. The lamp with a battery symbol on the alcohol tester must flash if the holder has voltage. If there is no voltage turn the black connector.
- If the car has a SIM card holder, connect this cable.
- Insert the glove box in position.

















- Conceal the cables behind the floor mat. Ensure that they are placed so that they cannot be damaged.
