Collision protection unit from behind front seat check

Note! Some variation in the illustrations may occur, but the essential information is always correct.

Removal





Only for vehicles with fixed backrest.


Remove the following items:
- side panel according to: Side panel front seat Side Panel Front Seat
- quick-coupling, belt according to: Safety Belt Anchor Quick Release Service and Repair.











Caution! The operation must be carried out on both sides of the seat.

Caution! There must be no visible space between the rivet and the mount.





If there is visible space between the rivet and the mount, the rear impact protection unit of the frotn seat must be replaced according to Collision protection unit from behind front seat Collision Protection Unit From Behind Front Seat.





Only for vehicles with folding backrest.





Adjust the backrest rake until the unit is visible.






Caution! The operation must be carried out on both sides of the seat.

Caution! There must be no visible space between the rivet and the mount.






Caution! If there is visible space between the rivet and the mount, the rear impact protection unit of the front seat must be replaced according to: Collision protection unit from behind front seat Collision Protection Unit From Behind Front Seat
