Polishing system

General information

A three-step polishing system has been developed by Volvo to rectify any paint defects on new vehicles.
A two-step sanding procedure has been developed to be followed by the polishing procedure.
Training, supplies as well as advice will be provided by the manufacturer 3M.

Warning! Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for the correct servicing unit operating procedure.

Use polishing machine adjustable between 1000 rpm and 3000 rpm.
