Description Of Frozen Values, TRM

Description of frozen values

Explanation
Frozen values are parameter values that are stored when a diagnostic trouble code is generated. Not all parameters can be read out for all diagnostic trouble codes. The parameter values can only be read if they can provide additional information on the prevailing conditions when the code was generated.

Total mileage, value
Measurement range: 0-1,000,000 km
The value indicates the vehicle's total mileage when the Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) was generated.

MECU power supply, value
Measurement range: 0-63 V
Normal range: 12.0 - 14.5 V
The value indicates the supply voltage to the central electronic module (CEM) when the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) was stored.

Passenger compartment temperature, value
Measurement range: -40-+215 °C
The value indicates the passenger compartment temperature when the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) was stored.

Outside temperature, value
Measurement range: -40 - +215 °C
The value indicates the outside temperature when the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) was stored.

Power supply position, status
The value indicates the current status of the power supply position when the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) was stored.
- Key removed
- Key recently removed
- Key approved
- Ignition off after Accessory position
- Accessory position
- Accessory position after Ignition on
- Ignition on
- Running
- Start attempts

Tow hitch connector connected, status
The value indicates if the trailer module (TRM) registered that the tow hitch connector was connected when the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) was stored.
Yes = tow hitch connector is connected.
No = tow hitch connector is not connected.

Back-up (reversing) lamp, status
The value indicates if the trailer module (TRM) has activated the signal for the back-up (reversing) lamp when the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) was stored.
On = back-up (reversing) lamp activated.
Off = back-up (reversing) lamp not activated.

Fog lamp, status
The value indicates if the trailer module (TRM) has activated the signal for the fog lamp when the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) was stored.
On = fog lamp activated.
Off = fog lamp not activated.

Left parking lamp, status
The value indicates if the trailer module (TRM) has activated the signal for the left parking lamp when the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) was stored.
On = parking lamps activated.
Off = parking lamps not activated.

Right parking lamp, status
The value indicates if the trailer module (TRM) has activated the signal for the right parking lamp when the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) was stored.
On = parking lamps activated.
Off = parking lamps not activated.

Stop lamp, status
The value indicates if the trailer module (TRM) has activated the signal for the parking lamp when the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) was stored.
On = right-hand stop lamp activated.
Off = parking lamps not activated.

Brake lamp CAN signal, status
The value indicates if the trailer module (TRM) registered input signals for the brake lamp on the CAN when the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) was stored.
On = input signal for stop lamp received.
Off = input signal for stop lamp not received.

Right-hand turn signal lamp, status
The value indicates if the trailer module (TRM) has activated the signal for the right-hand turn signal lamp when the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) was stored.
On = right-hand turn signal lamp activated.
Off = right-hand turn signal lamp not activated.

Left-hand turn signal lamp, status
The value indicates if the trailer module (TRM) has activated the signal for the left-hand turn signal lamp when the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) was stored.
On = left-hand turn signal lamp activated.
Off = left-hand turn signal lamp not activated.
