The Parking Assistance Camera (PAC) (4/120) controls the rear camera (27/6) via LIN-communication. The camera transmits a LVDS video signal to the Parking Assistance Camera (PAC). The Parking Assistance Camera (PAC) converts this signal to an NTSC video signal, which is transmitted to the High Level Display Front (HLDF) (16/46) for XC60 (before structure week 201046) and for the screen in Infotainment control module (ICM) for S60 (11-), V60 and XC60 (XC60 from structure week 201046).
XC60 on the Japanese market is equipped with a side-view camera (6/62) that sends an analogue video signal to Parking Assistance Camera (PAC). For XC60 after structure week 201046 the signal is sent to the screen in Infotainment control module (ICM).
