Fault-tracing information
If the customer sees the message "Emergency calls only" in the infotainment control module (ICM) or if the battery is discharged, this may be due to the fact that the Location of stolen vehicle service in Volvo On Call is enabled.

Rectify in the following order:
1. Check that there is GSM coverage where the vehicle is located.
2. Check that the Volvo On Call subscription is active.
3. Click on the symbol for VCT2000 to determine whether or not the Location of stolen vehicle service is active.
Rectify as follows if the service is active:
1. Call the Technical Helpdesk and ask them to get in touch with the Volvo On Call Customer Service Centre to disable the Location of stolen vehicle service.
2. Click again on the symbol for VCT2000 and check that the service has been deactivated.
3. Check that the message "Emergency calls only" no longer appears in the infotainment control module (ICM).
