Condition

Note! This trouble code is only relevant for troubleshooting and action in the following cases:

- The trouble code is active in the present driving cycle and has been active for a longer period of time.
- The customer experiences malfunction that can be attributed to the trouble code.




Power-Operated Tailgate Module (POT) compares the voltage to Power-Operated Tailgate Module (POT) with the voltage to Central electronic module (CEM).
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- The voltage differs by more than 2 volt for mat least 10 seconds.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Activated control module.

Substitute value
- Limited functionality in Power-Operated Tailgate Module (POT).

Possible source
- Contact resistance or oxidation in the terminals.
- Damaged supply voltage cable.

Fault symptom[s]
- Tailgate/trunk lid/Hard to open
- Tailgate/trunk lid/Hard to close
- Tailgate/trunk lid/Automatic opening/closing does not work
