Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information PBM-U300362
Condition
Note! This trouble code is only relevant for troubleshooting and action in the following cases:
- The trouble code is active in the present driving cycle and has been active for a longer period of time.
- The customer experiences malfunction that can be attributed to the trouble code.
Park Brake Module (PBM) checks its own system voltage by comparing direct voltage with system voltage in Central electronic module (CEM).
Information about system voltage in Central electronic module (CEM) is sent via the CAN-net to Park Brake Module (PBM).
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- The system voltage differs by more than 2.0 V.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Ignition switch position II.
Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.
