Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information KVM-U300362

Condition

Note! This trouble code is only relevant for troubleshooting and action in the following cases:

- The trouble code is active in the present driving cycle and has been active for a longer period of time.
- The customer experiences malfunction that can be attributed to the trouble code.
The control module continually checks the level of its own voltage supply and compares it with information about the voltage supply to the Central electronic module (CEM) that the Central electronic module (CEM) transmits on the controller area network (CAN).
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- The difference between the own supply voltage and the supply voltage to the Central electronic module (CEM) is greater than:2,3-2,5V
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Start-up of the control module.

Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.
