Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information ICM-U300362

Condition

Note! This trouble code is only relevant for troubleshooting and action in the following cases:

- The trouble code is active in the present driving cycle and has been active for a longer period of time.
- The customer experiences malfunction that can be attributed to the trouble code.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the infotainment control module (ICM) registers that the power supply is 2 V lower than the voltage in the Central electronic module (CEM).
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Ignition switch position I and II.
- Battery voltage higher than 9 V for at least 10 seconds.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- Feed voltage is 2 V lower than the voltage in Central electronic module (CEM).

Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.

- Damaged supply voltage cable.

Fault symptom[s]
- Infotainment functions do not work
- Missing or reduced functionality in the phone
Hint: The following only applies to S80 (07-), V70 (08-) and XC70 (08-) manufactured before week 35, 2008: If the trouble symptom is Audio other/Audio unit (complete) not working, Audio other/Display on audio unit not working, Audio other/Other audio problems or Radio/Not working, check and troubleshoot according to: TIE TJ 18609.
