Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information






Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information FSM-U300088

Condition
Forward Sensing Module (FSM) communicates with forward-sensing radar via CAN-communication.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- Open circuit on CAN-net between Forward Sensing Module (FSM) and forward-sensing radar.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Ignition on for at least 30 seconds.

Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.

- Open circuit on CAN-net between Forward Sensing Module (FSM) and forward-sensing radar.

Fault symptom[s]
- CJ, Warning lights and chimes/Bulb failure indication/no indication
- PD, Brake pedal/Excessive "brake pedal effort" required
- 1T, Warning lights and chimes/Front monitoring/Active safety indication/no indication
- IV, Text window and warning symbol/Text message
- 1S, Front monitoring/Active safety/Driver Alert Control does not work
- 1R, Front monitoring/Active safety/Lane Departure Warning does not work
- 5B, Road Sign Information (RSI)/Does not work
- 5A, Lane Keeping Aid (LKA)/Does not work
