Inspect
- Disconnect all connectors to the Rear seat entertainment module (RSE), or disconnect the vehicle's battery.
- Check whether the control module is water damaged by feeling for damp using your hand.
Does the control module feel damp?

No - Replacing the Rear Seat Entertainment Module (RSE)

Rectify in the following order:
- Wait until the control module has dried. The amount of time it takes varies depending on the climate the vehicle is in.
- When the control module is dry, reconnect the connectors and battery. Test if the system for rear seat entertainment starts by using the button under the relevant display screen or keypad on the Climate control module (CCM).
Does the rear seat entertainment system work?
Yes - FAULT FOUND
No - Replacing the Rear Seat Entertainment Module (RSE)
