Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information PHM-U210909
Condition
The spare battery is located in the Phone module (PHM) and used when a Volvo On Call service is connected and the Phone module (PHM) does not have access to voltage supply from the main battery.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- The internal auxiliary battery is damaged or not connected.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts when:
- At least 24 hours have passed since last test.
- Battery voltage between 9 - 16 V.
Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.

- None.
Possible source
- The internal spare battery is not connected to the Phone module (PHM).
- The spare battery's voltage is less than 4.5 V.
- Internal reserve battery is damaged.
