Condition
The control module is continuously supplied with information from the Central electronic module (CEM) via CAN communication. The control module checks the quality of the information from the Central electronic module (CEM).
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- Transmitting control module indicates a lower quality level of the information (signal) than that which the Climate control module (CCM) accepts.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Control module supplied with power.
Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.
