Condition




Phone module (PHM) communicates with Driver door module (DDM).
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- No response obtained from the Driver door module (DDM).
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Ignition switch position II.
- Battery voltage between 9 - 16 V.

Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.

Substitute value
- Old values used, if necessary.

Possible source
- Damaged fuse.
- No power supply to the driver's door module (DDM)
- Open circuit on the ground cable to the driver's door module (DDM)
- Contact resistance or oxidation in the connectors.
- Driver door module (DDM) not intended for this car, e.g., used control module with other hardware/software.
- Open-circuit in the control area network (CAN).
