The cause of the fault is probably that software has not been downloaded or that the download failed when replacing the audio module (AUD).
Hint: When downloading software after replacing a control module, the serial number of the control module is stored in the central electronic module (CEM). This is so that the Infotainment Theft Protection (ITP) function can approve the control module.
- Load new software into the Phone module (PHM).
If the fault remains after the software is downloaded, try replacing the audio module (AUD).

Hint: After carrying out the repair check that the fault has been remedied.
- Ignition on.
- Reinstall the connectors, components etc.
- Ignition on for at least 12 seconds.
Read out the control module's diagnostic number by clicking on the symbol for VCT2000.
