Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information ICM-U018400

Condition
The infotainment module (ICM) controls communication with the integrated audio module (IAM).
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- Communication error with the Integrated Audio Module (IAM).

Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.

Possible source
- Internal fault in integrated audio module (IAM).
- No integrated audio module (IAM).
- Damaged fuse.
- Open-circuit in the MOST cable.

- 2E, Audio other/Keypad on center console does not work
- DO, Audio other/Audio unit (complete) does not work
- FC, Audio other/Other audio problems
- 6B, Buttons/control knobs on centre console (Media, communication and navigation)/No/reduced/incorrect function
- EB, CD player/Does not work
- XG, DVD player/Does not work
- 9R, Cellular phone/Does not work
- EJ, Cellular phone/Handsfree does not work
- EU, Cellular phone/Steering wheel cellular phone controls do not work
- II, Cellular phone/Voice control does not work
- EO, Navigation/Does not work
- DP, Radio/Does not work
- XI, Remote control/Does not work
- 9S, USB unit/Does not work
