Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information PHM-U014000
Condition
Phone module (PHM) communicates with Central electronic module (CEM).
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- No response obtained from the central electronic module (CEM).
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Ignition switch position II.
- Battery voltage between 9 - 16 V.
Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.

- None.
Possible source
- Loose connections in leads.
- Contact resistance or oxidation in the connectors.
- Open-circuit in the control area network (CAN).
