Checking the diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs)
This trouble code can be set incorrectly if there is a problem with the car configuration from Central electronic module (CEM). That type of fault should be covered by fault codes TCM-U210000 and/or TCM-U210100.
If any of the mentioned trouble codes are set in the control module, troubleshoot these first before continuing to troubleshoot this trouble code.

Yes - DONE

No - Programming control module

Programming control module
Transmission control module (TCM) has registered an internal fault that may be due to a software error.
Cancel fault-tracing.
Go to the program software manager and reprogram the Transmission control module (TCM) with the latest software.
