Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information






Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information ECM-P003300

Condition
The Engine control module (ECM) uses a relief valve to reduce noises that may occur when the accelerator pedal is released quickly.
The engine control module (ECM) checks the control signal for the relief valve.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- Signal missing.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Ignition switch position II.
- Battery voltage higher than 10.5 V.

Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.

- None.

Possible source
- Open circuit on signal cable.
- Open-circuit in the power supply cable.
- Damaged relief valve.

Fault symptom[s]
- Noise from engine compartment
- When the accelerator pedal is released.
