Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information






Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information FSM-C100193

Condition
Forward Sensing Module (FSM) checks the level of the voltage supply to the camera as well as communication with it.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- Voltage supply to the camera is outside permitted limits.
- Error in communication with the camera.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Ignition on for at least 30 seconds.

Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.





Substitute value
- None.

Possible source
- The camera is not connected to the control module.
- Defective cable harness between camera and control module.
- Broken camera.

Fault symptom[s]
- IV, Text window and warning symbol/Text message
- CJ, Warning lights and chimes/Bulb failure indication/no indication
- 1T, Warning lights and chimes/Front monitoring/Active safety indication/no indication
- PD, Brake pedal/Excessive "brake pedal effort" required
- 1S, Front monitoring/Active safety/Driver Alert Control does not work
- 1R, Front monitoring/Active safety/Lane Departure Warning does not work
- 5B, Road Sign Information (RSI)/Does not work
- 5A, Lane Keeping Aid (LKA)/Does not work
