Condition
The Power Operated Tailgate Module (POT) checks the boot lid closing switch.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- The close button is active for closing for more than 60 seconds.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Activated control module.
- Open the tailgate.
