Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information CEM-B110C77

Condition
Central electronic module (CEM) checks locking and unlocking of lock motors in the doors. Central electronic module (CEM) receives indication that lock motors are in locked or unlocked position via directly connected switches in the lock units. The child-proof lock function disengages the rear inner door handles and deactivates the power windows in the rear doors.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- Lock motor for electric child safety lock has not been able to attain locked/unlocked position despite two attempts.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Attempt to lock/unlock child safety lock.

Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.

Possible source
- Damaged switch for indication of lock motor's status.
- Lock motor stuck.
