DESCRIPTION:
We have received reports about Sensus downloading problems.
Often you will receive an error message such as:
"A fault occurred during download due to the PIN for opening the ECU being incorrect.
The error occurred while trying to download to ICM (61)"
The reason for this is that either ICM and/or IAM are not responding, as both ICM and IAM are involved in ALL downloads to the Sensus system.
SERVICE:
We have developed two new software part numbers to "reset" the ICM and to set it into downloading status. If you encounter problems with a Sensus download (upgrade or reload), then try to download the applicable software part (SP) numbers below first, and then reorder and try to download the upgrade or reload you were trying to perform again.
