Removal

Remove the inner gasket, timing cover. Refer to: Gasket, inner timing cover, B6324S5 Gasket, Inner Timing Cover

Installation






Caution! Make sure that the mating faces are clean and free of foreign material.

Caution! Make sure that the oil galleries are clean and free of foreign material.

Use: gasket solution, 1161 440

Use special tool: 951 2767 Roller 951 2767 Roller

Use: liquid gasket, 1161 059






Note! Make sure that these components are installed to the noted removal position.

Tightening torque: M7, 17 Nm

Install gasket inner timing gear casing. Refer to: Gasket, inner timing cover, B6324S5 Gasket, Inner Timing Cover.
