Release the engine. Refer to: Engine body, exposing, B6324S5 Engine Body, Exposing

Remove the following components:
- oil pump and line. Refer to: Oil pump, B6324S5 Service and Repair
- front crankshaft seal. Refer to: crankshaft front seal, B6324S5 Service and Repair

Clean the gasket surfaces on the cylinder block, intermediate section and sump.
Use: razor blade. and/or Use: gasket scraper.
