Mudguard front



























INTRODUCTION
- Read through all of the instructions before starting installation.
- Notifications and warning texts are for your safety and to minimize the risk of something breaking during installation.
- Ensure that all tools stated in the instructions are available before starting installation.
- Certain steps in the instructions are only presented in the form of images. Explanatory text is also given for more complicated steps.
- In the event of any problems with the instructions or the accessory, contact your local Volvo dealer.






Mudguard front





- Remove the front wheels
- Carefully drill out the four rivets holding the bumper liner at the rear edge of the front fender. Use a 6 mm (1/4") diameter drill bit
- Remove any rivet swarf.

Note! Do not damage any of the plastic components.





- Install the mudguard. Rivet the mudguard into place in the bumper liner and the rear edge of the bumper cover
- Reinstall the front wheels. Tighten the wheels. Tighten to 140 Nm (103 lbf. ft).
