Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information
Diagnostic trouble code information BCM-C111802
Condition
Note! The diagnostic trouble code only applies to brake systems with DSTC.
The pedal pressure sensor, located in the brake booster, informs the brake control module (BCM) when the brake pedal is depressed. The brake control module (BCM) uses this information to disengage the active yaw control (AYC) stability function and engage active brake assist (BA) if the functions are active when the driver depresses the brake pedal.
Diagnostic trouble code BCM-C111802 is generated if the brake control module (BCM) registers an unreasonable signal from the pedal pressure sensor.
