Diagnostic trouble code information BCM-C110801

Condition

Note! The diagnostic trouble code only applies to vehicles equipped with DSTC.

The brake pressure sensors and the pedal position sensor have a common voltage feed internally in the brake control module (BCM).
Diagnostic trouble code BCM-C110801 is generated if the brake control module (BCM) detects that voltage to the sensors is defective.
The diagnostic trouble code can be diagnosed when the ignition is on.

Substitute value
- SC is blocked.
- TC is blocked.
- AYC is blocked.
- TRACS is blocked.
- BA is blocked.

Possible source
- The cables are short-circuited to ground or supply voltage.
- Damaged sensor.
- Damaged brake control module (BCM).

Fault symptom[s]
- General warning light on.
- Anti-spin is not operational.
- The stability function is not operational.
- The anti-skid function is not operational.
