DESCRIPTION:

A squeaking noise may be heard from the front anti-roll (sway) bar bushings, especially when driving over speed bumps.

SERVICE

Use Chassis Ears toolkit (or other equivalent fault tracing) to fault trace the squeaking noise.

NOTE! Other RTJs reguarding squeaking noise: 14507, 17644.

If the squeaking noise is coming from the anti-roll bar bushings, then remove the anti-roll bar according to VIDA and lubricate the bushing and clamp with silicone grease (PN 1161687) according to photo 1 in the attachment.
