Fuel tank

Removal

Drain the fuel tank. Refer to: Fuel tank draining, B6304T4, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S5, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S5, TF-80SC, B6324S4, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S4, TF-80SC Service and Repair

Drain fuel system. Refer to: Fuel system pressure release, B6324S5, B6304T4, B6324S4 Fuel System Pressure Release

Disconnect the battery lead.

Remove the front muffler. Refer to: Muffler, front, B6304T4, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S5, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S5, TF-80SC, B6324S4, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S4, TF-80SC Muffler, Front







Remove the rear propeller shaft. Refer to: Propeller shaft, B6304T4, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S5, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S4, TF-80SC AWD Propeller Shaft





Torque: M8, 24 Nm















Warning! Fuel may still be present in the fuel tank after draining.

Warning! Be prepared to collect escaping fluids.










Torque: M8, 24 Nm






Note! Make sure that no cables or hoses are trapped when lowering.

Drain the remaining fuel and remove the tank.







Remove the fuel pump. Refer to: Fuel pump and level sensor unit, B6304T4, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S5, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S5, TF-80SC, B6324S4, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S4, TF-80SC Fuel Pump and Level Sensor Unit
