Perform cooling system draining, charging and bleeding Refer to: Cooling system - draining, charging and bleeding, B6324S5, B6304T4, B6324S4 Service and Repair

Remove the expansion valve Refer to: Expansion valve, B6304T4, TF-80SC AWD, L.H.D, B6304T4, TF-80SC AWD, R.H.D, B6324S5, TF-80SC, L.H.D, B6324S5, TF-80SC AWD, L.H.D, B6324S5, TF-80SC AWD, R.H.D, B6324S4, TF-80SC, L.H.D, B6324S4, TF-80SC AWD, L.H.D Service and Repair





Remove the dashboard Refer to: Dashboard Dashboard












Torque: M8, 24 Nm




Torque: M6, 10 Nm




Torque: M8, 24 Nm








Torque: M10, 50 Nm

Remove the engine control module (ECM) Refer to: Engine control module (ECM), B6324S5, B6304T4, B6324S4 Service and Repair




Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Remove the wiper mechanism, windscreen Refer to: Wiper mechanism, windshield, L.H.D Service and Repair




Torque: M6, 10 Nm




1. Torque: M6, 10 Nm

2. Torque: M10, 50 Nm









Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Perform cooling system draining, charging and bleeding Refer to: Cooling system - draining, charging and bleeding, B6324S5, B6304T4, B6324S4 Service and Repair
