Drain the refrigerant Refer to: Refrigerant, draining Refrigerant, Draining

Remove the wiper arm Refer to: Wiper arm Service and Repair

Remove the plenum cover Refer to: Plenum chamber Service and Repair









Remove contact breaker high pressure Refer to: Switch high pressure, B6324S5, B6304T4, B6324S4 Switch High Pressure









Detach the following items:
1. Torque: M5, 5 Nm

2. Torque: M8, 24 Nm








Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Perform vacuum-pumping Refer to: Vacuum pumping Vacuum Pumping

Perform refrigerant, filling Refer to: Refrigerant, filling Refrigerant, Filling

Carry out leakage detection with tracing agent Refer to: Leak detection, tracer agent Leak Detection, Tracer Agent
