Removal

Note! Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Remove the following items:
- Cover bumper front
- engine cooling fan (FC) Refer to: Engine cooling fan (FC), B6304T4, TF-80SC AWD Service and Repair

Perform cooling system draining, charging and bleeding Refer to: Cooling system - draining, charging and bleeding, B6324S5, B6304T4, B6324S4 Service and Repair





Warning! Be prepared to collect escaping fluid.

Remove right headlight Refer to: Headlamps Service and Repair




Torque: Radiator to condenser, 5 Nm





Warning! Be prepared to collect escaping fluid.

Detach the charge air cooler Refer to: Charge air cooler, B6324S5, B6304T4, B6324S4 Service and Repair




Torque: M8, 24 Nm





Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
