DESCRIPTION:
Customers may report the Grocery Bag holder strap has unglued from the cargo area floor panel. The repair does not require the replacement of the cargo area floor panel; the strap should be reinstalled as described in the service section of this Retailer Technical Journal (RTJ).

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Both sides must be addressed at the time of the repair.

SERVICE:
Reattach straps following repair procedure described in attachment.

IMPORTANT:
Claims submitted for complete panel replacement due to missing strap will not be paid.
