DESCRIPTION:
When opening the Electrical Power Operated Tailgate, a rattling or scraping noise may become audible.
There are 2 possible reasons for this noise:
- The spindle inside the drive unit may touch the spindle tube.
- There is a possibility that amount of grease in the spindle nut is too low.
SERVICE:
In case of customer complaints, replace the noise creating drive unit according VIDA instructions.
The part number is not changed, correct parts are in stock.
