Checking AUX-panel

Reading off diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs)
Rear seat entertainment module (RSE) diagnostic test for AUX input can only discover faults when a self test of the AUX input has been started. A fault code is set if the self-test detects a fault. To start self-test and check fault codes belonging to the AUX-input, proceed as follows:
- Remove any equipment that is connected to the AUX-panel.
- Click on the VCT2000 symbol to start self-test of the control module.
- Go to the tab DIAGNOSTICS/DETAILS and click on Update to perform a new fault code read-out.
- Go to the tab DIAGNOSTICS/TROUBLESHOOT and check if fault codes belonging to the AUX-unit have been set.
- Fault-trace according to diagnostic trouble code (DTC) instructions.
