DESCRIPTION:
It may happen that a message, Alarm system service required, is shown in DIM. This is caused by an error in the communication between the CEM (Central Electronic Module) and the MMS (Mass Movement Sensor) where the MMS ends up in a faulty state. This is a known problem and we are developing a new MMS software, that automatically resets the MMS when it enters the locked state.
PRODUCT MODIFICATION:
The final production solution will be to replace the MMS with a MMS that has a new software. Estimated time plan for the final solution is 2012Q2.

SERVICE:
*There is a small batch of updated MMS's with new software available from parts stock in Gothenburg.
*We will keep updating old MMS's with new software until a new MMS is available from the supplier.
*The updated MMS will have a green marking but the same P/N.
*NOTE: As we only have the possibility to update in small batches, only order the MMS case by case. Do not order for local stock storage.
