Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information

Condition
The Driver/Passenger door module (DDM/PDM) is continuously supplied with necessary information from the Passenger door module (PDM) via CAN communication.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- The button on the passenger side for locking/unlocking the central locking has been depressed for longer than 20 seconds.

Note! The following also applies to factories:

- Signal missing between button on passenger side for locking/unlocking central locks and Passenger door module (PDM).
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Ignition switch position II.

Note! The following also applies to factories:

- Self-test





Substitute value
- None.

Possible source
- Button has jammed in the pressed in position.

Note! The following also applies to factories:

- Open circuit on signal line between button on passenger side for locking/unlocking central locks and Passenger door module (PDM).

Fault symptom[s]
- Doors/Power locking (button in door panel) does not work
- Locking/unlocking/Central locking does not work
