Condition
The Differential electronic module (DEM) checks the performance of the oil pressure pump. The control module compares the current strength from the oil pressure pump to the predefined parameters.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- The oil pressure pump runs for longer than 20 seconds.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Engine running.
- 1 second after the accumulator has been topped up. The test is performed during a four second period but is cancelled if the accumulator requires topping up.
- The oil temperature is between 0 - 80 °C.

Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.
