Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information PBM-20081D
Condition
Park Brake Module (PBM) supplies voltage to left brake caliper directly via an output. The control module checks the current consumption for left brake caliper.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- The current is higher than 10 A before the brake pad comes into contact with the brake disc.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Activated function.
- Ignition position 0, I and II.
Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.
