Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information






Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information FSM-C113211

Condition
The Forward Sensing Module (FSM) supplies power to the visual collision warning indicator directly via an output.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- Power consumption for the output is too high.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Activated indicator.
- Control module supplied with power for at least 5 seconds.
- The system voltage is greater than 8.0 V.

Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.

Possible source
- The signal cable is short-circuited to ground.
