Condition
The Power Operated Tailgate Module (POT) checks the signal from the sensor in the boot lid closing motor.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- The sensor does not change status.
- Reversible operation in progress for a long time for motor closing, boot lid.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Closing of the tailgate's lock unit is activated.

- Damaged sensor in motor closing, boot lid.
- Detach the wires or connector from in the tailgate lock unit.
- Internal error in motor for closing tailgate's lock unit.
