Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information






Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information PSM-B103E11

Condition
The Power seat module (PSM) checks the seat motors, M1, M2, M3 and M4.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- The direct voltage on the cable for voltage supply to seat motors M1, M2, M3, M4 or MC is less than 0.5 V.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- No seat motor active.
- Control module supplied with power.

Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.

Possible source
- One of the signal cables M1, M2, M3, M4, or MC is short-circuited to ground.

- Power memory seat does not work
