Battery cable to the starter motor control solenoid.

Removal

Perform battery disconnecting and connecting. Battery Disconnecting and Connecting

Remove the air filter housing Refer to: Air cleaner housing, B5254T5 Service and Repair




1. Torque: Battery lead to battery lead terminal, 14 Nm

2. Torque: Starter motor B+ terminal, 15 Nm

3. Torque: Generator B+ terminal, 15 Nm

Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
