Checking components and wiring
Check between terminals #1 and #2 in the injector that relates to the diagnostic trouble code (DTC). Check the resistance.
Check the cable that relates to the diagnostic trouble code (DTC). Check for a short-circuit to supply voltage.
Check between:
- The engine control module (ECM) #A1 (#A1) and injector #2 (ECM-P026200).
- The engine control module (ECM) #A25 (#A25) and injector #2 (ECM-P026500).
- The engine control module (ECM) #A3 (#A3) and injector #2 (ECM-P026800).
- The engine control module (ECM) #A2 (#A2) and injector #2 (ECM-P027100).
- The engine control module (ECM) #A26 (#A26) and injector #2 (ECM-P027400).
Remedy as necessary.
