DESCRIPTION:
It might happen that an iPhone or Android phone does not automatically connect to the bluetooth system in the vehicle. The customer may have to manually connect the phone to the vehicle by selecting it in the list of paired phones. A typical example is when there are several mobile phones in the list of paired phones and the iPhone or Android phone is not
the first one, or not the last phone to be used during previous driving cycle.
PRODUCT MODIFICATION:
A new software was introduced into production from structure week 201209.
A new IAM aftermarket software has been released during 2012w13 to fix this symptom.
SERVICE:
If the customer is complaining of this symptom, please perform an IAM upgrade.
