Note! This symptom troubleshooting only applies to vehicles with a structure week between 200946 and 201033.

If the battery discharged whilst the vehicle has been parked for a long period, the problem may be due to a software error in the Central electronic module (CEM).
The software error can cause an internal relay to be active even after the vehicle has been switched off and locked.
New software has been developed and was launched into production in 201033.
Action:
- Download new software to the Central electronic module (CEM).
